It is a well paid company now a days, and work life balance is good. There is no any time constraints like this much hours you have to be in office or anything. On the Other hand Process is very slow, no on-site, old age technology projects they are willing to migrate with latest one but due to process is slow so it taking much time that expectation.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow.

If they hire some enthusiastic people at the manager level, it will help to get more projects from USA people since they have a long term goal very good to migrate old age projects in latest technology.
