I have worked in the company for a period of two years. What I liked about the company is how we are allowed to interact with the clients, vendors and contractors. It gives the employees the opportunity to learn and grow.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Job security is one thing that I didn't like about the company. You can be asked any day to leave the job. Although would be given compensation of one month. Another thing is the attitude of the employer towards employees.

Work Details

My work at this company has been interesting. It was existing to learn about new construction techniques and products. Sometimes we would research and develope our own construction details. So overall it was quiet good.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
