I think I am in paradise. School management will not send any teacher for doing admission or ask any admission. Never.For this school it is not needed.No politics. Chairman MR.SREEKANTH VADLA don't believe in making groups. Sir believes in "Team work".They will never call on "HOLIDAYS ".As he is chairperson before talking he will ask us permission by asking ...is this the right time to talk mam? Here one to one session is alsothere in that if you have any problem or someone is threatening you about your job or any problem you can discuss with sir .He will give opinion like elder brother. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
