Be cautious while joining this company. Hr may speak very politely and make promises while onboarding but post joining you get absolutely nothing. Project manager treat like you labours. Project manager mr. Satam build his own team of favourites. ensuring only they get appraisals, while the rest of employees are completely ignored and slidelined. I have Joined HoABL as a Human Resource Business Partner for Gurugram Location. The thing I love the most is the freedom to reach out leadership and discuss your ideas. It is a great place to learn. The infrastructure at Gurugram Office is modern and has a team with zeal and passion. Surely a place one can join to grow professionally.
