Someone can easily learn how to manage things in particular store

Leave policy is joke here, the worst organisation i have worked with, if you fall sick on weekend, like Saturday Sunday, they will deduct 2 day salary, terrible experience, no PF, they do nothing for employee benefits do not fall under bond signing trap, this organisation is run bu some bunch of idiots, the owner itself working for some other organisation in gurgaon. They run this business from home. They have their own rules and regulations, they are working against govt. Policies....Read More
