Clearly things did not work out for you at The Edge given your comments, however I would refute all of your comments - pros and cons, given one of your pros is there being no job security and your are forced to drink. Your review gives the impression of a malicious intent, rather than an honest review. None of what you have mentioned was ever raised to any of partners or HR during your tenure, at which point such matters would have been addressed. No individuals performance is discussed with anyone but the individual and their manager. Office gossip would not be under our control and is up to an individual if they indulge in this or not and it is their right to report it if they feel it is inappropriate. Agency recruitment is a pressured environment, it is the nature of the industry and not suited to all, which is understandable. Our contracting team is actually going from strength to strength and performing very well, and we are actively looking to add more team members to that space. EPS we have mothballed as the market wasn't strong enough at that level in 2024. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Mumbai office has never had drinks in the office (WeWork policy too), no individuals performance is discussed with anyone but the individual and their manager. Office gossip would not be under our control and is up to an individual if they indulge in this or not and it is their right to report it if they feel it is inappropriate. We have never received any feedback of such kind. Needless to say that anyone actually performing in an agency recruitment environment would not be 'pushed out'. I'm sorry things did not work out on this occasion and you weren't able to take full advantage of our intensive L&D training program, but we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately in agency recruitment people do feel pressure to achieve revenue numbers (or help hit headcount growth targets), but no one is let go without warning and always given support from L&D team or from managers as to how to resolve any challenges.
