The company is open to innovation and radily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. It's give me more experience and career development

Dislikes

The work pressures is very high. Most of the times I have to do all work due to juniors staff relive unknown reason. For this reason I couldn't concentrate my work. Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion, also there is no on job training for freshers,hence senior force like me have to guide step by step,which is pain sometimes

Here I put more efforts to work and get new updates day to day which very utilities to enhance my talent everything

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
