Nothing is there to like about Thales

Dislikes

Everything, Management is pathetic. They only do 1 thing which is to make a story for everything. Neither 1 gets satisfaction in work nor compensation wise in Thales. They are still living in stone age where everything is manual and if you put up some idea that has to be taken care by you with extra effort without any recognition.

There is only work and no life in Thales and work is also not good or not in new technology where one could learn.

They take care of people, and technologies managed by Thales are good. Good company for a long term carrier. They have high expectations on performance and want only the best engineers.

Lot of office politics and back stabbing Puppet manager fully driven by French counterparts Biased management targetting picked engineers for no reason A gang of few people ruling the company including the Bangalore ECC head 1-2 managers run it like a factory setting asking people to come in case they have taken half day leave No clarity on next work in pipeline French team feels Bangalore is just a cost center and treat it like garbage dump when it comes to work and don't treat people respectfully. The company's HR department is very bad and Its very inconsiderate towards its employees. Also there hike percentage is very less in the last 3 years and promotions also not there. Main pain point is HR department, the employee struggle due to their policies and don't even think if you can get a favour in case of some emergency,even if you are going to die, they wont allow exception. Manager doesn’t give opportunities to new employees and if they have a believe on one employee they overload that person but did not distribute to other and other will be empty handed
