Micro management. Bad politics. Doing your work is not enough. Even though you have all the results and all the targets are achieved. Managers easily make it look like you didn't work and is a bad resource even though all the work is finished with positive reviews, if they don't like you. I have heard the same from multiple people who resign the company when I joined. Never thought it was this bad until I experienced it myself.
