In Watson organization culture was very good, working with team was a good. Training facility was better from other companies job security is average in case of any bigger mistakes from employers then no security from company, salary or appraisal was very poor, traveling policeies was very good, work environment is much better with in this organization fully satisfied, total work life balance is good....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
