There is nothing to like about working at this company. The only good thing is the RCP campus but eventually, you won't be able to enjoy the campus and its facilities due to a worse work-life balance at this company.

The list is never-ending. - Bad Culture - Bad Politics - Micro Management on everything - Working on weekends and public holidays - Work Process (They will talk about following all the big terms we use in the company, but in reality, no process is followed they want their work to be done at any cost5e4;">. You will be the robot for them, which they have purchased by paying you a salary</mark>. Which will be unfair to your job descriptions.) - Less Pay (They don't have the right budget for the right candidate. They will always ask the candidates to compromise on their salary. They have the budget for hiring management people who will take bags full of money, but when it's about developers, they start cost-cutting.) - No Compensation (Compensation comes into the picture when they need to get urgent work done from you, other than that they don't compensate or even consider exceptions.) - If you say NO, then you are fired from the company. - No Personal Life (You are a slave to them once you join the company, forget about your personal life) I would suggest never joining this company if you want a proper work-life balance and growth in your career. I would also suggest to the company to please shut down your company and sit at home or start a job and feel what we go through daily. Hopefully, this will give you some insides how to run a company. No roadmap pathetic management and no work-life balance you will be asked to work on weekends and stretch on weekdays as well and when you apply for a leave it will canceled. All policy is company company-friendly they will change them any time they want without intimation and the head of HR is so rude she will not listen to employee issues at all she thinks she owns the company and doesn't know how to treat the employee. Even the CEO and upper management have the same temperament they fire anyone they want with no job security recently they terminated as many as 20 people giving any reason and not even paying them the money they deserved.
