I like the work environment of this firm a lot. Besides, the JIO campus is the main highlight wherein you will get 12 amazing cafeterias with delicious menus along with a swimming pool, gym, cricket stadium, and basketball court. Also, the management is quite supportive and ensures comfort and convenience for each member.

There should be a weekly meeting with the head so that the whole team is on the same page towards the vision.

Zero work life balance, forget your family if you work here. The life is more like a relation between a building contractor and a labour here. This is it, you are no more than a labour here, they do not hire talent. Average tenure on floor is about 1 year. The worst part is the management, they is more of a boss attitude than leadership role here. People have absconded even in management.
