Company's work culture is one of the worst I have ever seen they don't know the difference between an educated civil engineer and non educated supervisor.. even a supervisor can't work with them.. they expect to work night shifts also but they are not willing to pay OT... If we ask about OT they simply say " it's part of job ". But they don't mention this during interview and offer letter. If you want to avoid your personal life and want to work 10 to 11 hrs you can join here (no OTS) If you want to work on Sundays also then join here If you want to work in different roles other than your hired role then you can work here....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
