When it comes to a team, you may not feel that the good workplace culture and attitude resonates throughout. Some times headed by people who refuse to look at what is the current market need and how to realign your team to ensure there is a fair growth is a real pain in the work place . Still there is an hierarchy based system , which needs to be broken down as it is not the norm any more in other growing organisations. My role is more of an MIS team reporting job, but here it is aligned as PMO function. Work life balance is not there , especially when we are short staffed during COVID , additional tasks are assigned without checking the current workload .
