- Short and long term opportunities - No variable pays - Bonus on top of CTC - T24 product based projects and members have better funding and opportunities compared to other projects

Dislikes

Few points may sound exaggerated but its all true and giving my honest opinion - Company's work culture is outdated. Believes that more time in office equals more profit. - A lot of long timers in office shut down from how the IT industry is working in the outside world - NOT a employee friendly organization - Strict 9 hour in-timemonitored by managers and literally questioned/scolded for leaving early - Employees were asked(in few cases forced) to come to office when government loosened its grip on lockdown(since org wanted more profit) - Voluntary pay cuts, no salary hike and no additional benefits provided during the pandemic situation - In an ideal scenario there are no WFH, management is awaiting for lockdown to be lifted so that they can bring in employees the very next day. - More of a school than an IT organization, freshers and even experienced resources address managers as SIR and no one bothers to correct them. - Very poor infrastructure, not enough parking space and employees are charges 500pm for 2 wheelers and 3000 pm for wheelers in Chennai offices - No proper cafeteria and no break out areas - NOT a product based company that you might have in mind. - NO transport facilities provided - Indian management is least bothered about its employees and just see them as laborers - Highly NOT recommended to join....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
