Work environment is good , No pressure of work. I mean a little bit of pressure is everywhere but you get help of your colleagues and manager . For lower post like TMs, it's good place to work.

For higher posts like TLs , it's not good, lot of partiality and favoritism happening in this organisation. OMs support their favorite TLs and TMs only. Use bad language, inappropriate behavior is being followed by them and their favorites. Even after so many complaints on director level, no action being taken and that's why attrition rate is around 135% there. HRs are influenced by Ops completely. They will keep those who they want to keep because they doing some favors to them in terms of personal things. If you're partying with them on weekends, then they will do some favor for you or else you are not in their good books, no one at any level will take any action against this behavior. It's all a good company trying to achieve all. It tries to take care of it's employee if you get a neutral HRBP.

My HRBP bends down to my manager. Manager being into the girls, he always preferred them. If he likes that girl, and you are on break with her, your job is done in next 3 months. By experience was bad because of my Manager.

Every TM is toxic; no one is genuine with one another; some are arrogant, while others engage in gaslighting. Many TMs believe that they are the best, and that no one can compete with them. Seniors are the worst backbenchers in my opinion; some are immature and have not matured since puberty. Even my TL is full of grumbling and has no sense of humor. He wants minions to follow him around and do dirty work until the person reaches a breaking point. This organization does not offer casual or public holidays. Salary is always on time and colleagues are ok

Management is worst no support, whenever you ask for solution only you will get excuses. You can be kicked out anytime with XYZ reason. No work life balance total worst. Cab facility is totally trash they will drop you one hour before your shift and nobody cares.
