Only the thing that it has job security.
Policies of teleperformance is gods but people who have to follow those policies aren't good. For ex:- my system is needs to be get repaired. I am working from home but these approvals really sucks as people do not have time to provide the approval to get me an entry for system maintainance. Second thing if this review you actually means to work on teleperformance the please see to this review. The main important thing is that without concern of an employee these hems and hr people raise their f&f and now no body is listening to anyone. If employee ask for an update the hr are not available on phone Or anywhere. They are literally golibaaz. I am the one who is suffering a lot for more than one month. I haven't got my salary yet and I haven't got my system repaired. This is how teleperformance of okhla and gurgaon is working. People not providing solution to our supervisors as already notify them on emails. Please do something on it. Otherwise I will think it is waste to write on this....Read More

Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.

Good salary for freshers, i used to work in chat support it was so relaxing at the start, but after few months they added new things which was a bit pressurizing, however it is cool
