After working there for one year what all I can say is, If you are looking for high salary and you are good in communication and ready to work in night shifts then must apply. But if incase you need only day shift, you need to wait for the vacancy to come. Freshers learn a lot here in terms of improving comms, gaining confidence, maintaining relations in industry and alot more. Taking international calls have high chances of growth here. But handling domestic calls vacancy is also available in other branches of jaipur. Mansarovar location is best. Work life balance is not so good if someone cannot handle night shift. And that a fresher get to know only after working there. If incase a candidate wish to swich to day shift, that is a deduction in salary. However rotational shifts are a win to win situation which you get mostly in chat process, but sadly not in voice process.
It was very difficult in the beginning, you need to multi task to be best here. It takes time to grow. But after 3-4 months things were improving. All what I hate is, I always had to wait a lot for my chance to go for break.

Everything. They fire people without any prior notice. They promoted people but provide them a temporary position. You have to do work as a Team leader but they are providing zero increment and when the temporary period is done. They will permenent only those people who are their family favourites or give them some kind of extra thing and the hard working person will suffer.

The environment was very bad, managers provide promotions to them who are not eligible but they have good bonding with managers and those who are actually worth promotions were not getting promoted , only politics
