Worst plase to work and no self developnent. Company hire when required, and also tarminate employes when their dont need them. Company holds incentives of every emploiers for more then 6 to 7 months, we use to see every month incentive in system that how is get the incentive but never credited to account. Their is no career groth, not even the salary groth, salary increases only in paper not in bank account....Read More

The most inappropriate and unprofessional company to work with and this had currently been taken over by Teleperformance D.I.B.S. 1. I was informed to join right on the day of joining itself. There was no formal mail sent prior to joining. A person from HR called to inform that I had to join that day itself. 2. The salary structure is very poor. 3. I was promoted as an SME however they kept the same grade in my offer letter. 4. I submitted my resignation on January 1,2020. They made such a long procedure to complete the formalities. They are supposed to provide me the FNF within 60-90 days. However they are themselves confused about my Grade and asking me to send payslip and promotion letter. Whereas the company should have all the necessary documents available. When I'm struggling to start my career in a new company and juggling with so many things Teleperformance is causing such harassment. When contacted the HR she is unable to give any confirmation on that. Such a bad company to start career!!!...Read More
