TP need's to take a feed back on managers and leads and keep eye on support staff as well. sometimes even support stafs lie and get agents out of system. without couching or understanding none should be removed from TP. and should give the score card and promotions equally

Best support from the HR and Accounts department, but operation team really not supportable. They never think abouth associates growth. Development training like STEP is excellent.
