There's always something new to learn you'll face new issues everyday, and people are always gonna be there to help you.

9hrs shift but it can extend to 10 to 12hrs without adding to extra hrs to comp off, no payment growth, no chance for promotion if you join as fresher and plan to work for only 1 or 2 year for experience then it's great.
