If you people want to grow our business very first thing you should do is my a happy environment on the production floor and understand the employee. Telling the employees that doors are open you can leave if employee are not happy is not the solution.

My experience is not that much of good with this organisation. I found discrimination and partiality in the organisation also they used you like a toilet paper and and job security is zero they usually see their benefits and also wo aapko bolenge just leave the organisation of you do not able to do this and that.
