Working with Teleperformance was not more than a disappointment. In my past 5 years career, I dealt with various companies but Teleperformance is one of the laziest company I had ever seen in my entire career.
Job Security with Teleperformance is almost zero. The reason being Teleperformance has very egoistic management. Managers can easily get offended and try to find possible ways to kick you out from the organisation.
Work-Culture: Teleperformance has a very unstable work-culture, the sudden change in a week off and shifts timing would be seen, nevertheless. often shift timing change without any formal notification. The hectic atmosphere, for example, I had spent almost one year doing the night shift whereas I was hired for rotational shifts. The unnecessary deduction would be seen at the time of payout, and they took ages to rectify the minor changes.
Management: Lack of management skills accounted for managers. Incompetency of management would be seen at the time of promotions and appriasials. Favoritism and indecisiveness are noticed in the manager's behavior. Too lazy and unorganized at the time of setting roaster for a month.
Company Policies: New recruitements often get confused. the best example, at the time of resignation the parton would not be even notified that resignation has been accepted and no formal supportive document will provide in case of asking for it. Even parton would feel lost while dealing with Teleperformance....Read More
