I like to work with organisation it's quite good than other companies and yes offcourse provide great salary not only about the salary also they provide great facilities and their proper take care of working environment as well.

The thing that I don't like is the process for which I have worked for in a while named as Instacart, the process is really a worst process I ever seen as they people don't have any resolutions for their customers, the process totally depends on lies and lies, people are waiting for 3 or 4 months just to get their phone number updated and waiting from more than years to be replied on the emails and we have only one thing to tell them to wait like how much a person can wait to just get number updated 3 months 5 months and more than that and to waiting from years and years tobe listened on the emails. And they supervisors, managers don't even have any coordination as well to run the process somebody is telling different thing managers are telling different and training department people are totally different like I don't know how is it working overall the experience with the process is really very very bad for me and I never ever recommend anyone to work with Instacart....Read More

They are non supportive and they can fire you anytime because all the seniors are firing the employees without informing them and doing scams and transferring their salary to their bank account

You'll get fired anytime and no one will inform you why you have fired because HR and senior manager is doing scams they will fire you between 20-25th of the month and at the end they will transfer your salary at their own bank accounts. AVOID JOINING TP MOHALI. Even your team leader was unaware when you'll get fired and the HR willnot provide you experience letter and HR will also for Rs. 5,000-7,000/- for the experience letter.
