Likes

Bad work environment and culture. Teammates ate not supportive and the management is not transparent. There is no cafeteria and no gaming arcade for chilling. Companies policies are bad, appraisals are not fair and they give bad salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't care your issues. Salary is not fair but career growth is worst. There is no bond which you can resign with the notice period of 2 month's. On the job training is not given for new joinees
