Hopeless Experience with Techved. Nothing to like.

Here FnF duration is 90 days ( Standard is 45 days) and 90 days for the notice period. That means if you resign then for the next 6 months you won't get a penny and still no surety of getting your dues on time. And variables man.. trust me it's a scam you will never get it. There is no transparency in anything they do. People working here for more than a year feel they are superior to anyone joining later. Poor decision-making by Management, several loopholes in every process and the main thing is there is no scope for improvement Here if you are a 🥄 to anyone and especially Management then even if you don't work and don't perform, you are safe.
