It is best for trainee or new job seeker. You will get best experience and knowledge of DevOps tools. but don't expect Work Life balance. If you are at your initial phase and want to learn something , you can join this. But don't expect any salary hike . Hybrid work culture. Very supportive team leads.

HR policies keep on changing. (It's not the HR fault , but the management). No hike , don't know till when company will sustain. Very less salary as compared to present standard. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
