Good organization who can provide good incentives. If you work hard

Dislikes

Managers and team leads won't let you work free. Sometimes you can't feel that your job is secured. The production you achive and the overall production they give to you won't match. And they will also increase the target level so that you can't get any incentives for you hard work. They won't provide proper leaves. They will ask you to work Saturday and ask you to extend your shift daily. If the higher officials of Technosoft were seeing this means kindly look into this kind of issues. Employees gives their 100 percent but didn't receiving anything back....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
