Welcome to the fake and toxic environment. Company doesn't care about employees.

Dislikes

1. Apart from office working hours, they will give you work to do at home and also on weekends, and no OT. And if you will discuss about over time, they will say that they do not ask you to do at home. 2. No management. Toxic and dominating behavior of few people who think they are the superior. 3. Company's higher management is full of liars. No credibility, no trust. So, ask everything in written, do it in a written mail format, so you have proofs. Still they deny it. 4. No work life balance. No leaves more than 1 or 2 days in any case or emergency. Never saw such scheme. 5. Forget about appraisals....Read More
