Good place to start your career. Training and teammates are good. 2 way transport

Dislikes

Lot of cuttings in salary, very high work pressure, Mandate OT almost every week. Cafeteria is open 24/7 but nothing is available. Not enough hike during appraisal. No Fun activities, Zero work-life balance.

Most dissatisfied experience working with Techmahindra. Leadership is a total failure. No proper tools and advantages will be provided. Employee will be treated as a slave. Compensation issues, Recruitment team literally commits fraud with the asociates and hire them manipulating them. Never get into this organisation to save your mental health. Zero employee friendly.
