I would like to say that Tech Mahindra is one of the best company to work in India. They provide bonus, good salary, working culture is good and everyone
I don't know what dislike about tech mahindra because I am fresher.
Good place to work. Great place for learning new edge technology. Promotion/Hike never meets your expectation which demotivate you always. They don't care about increasing salary for existing employee rather they will hire outside.

Reputed MNC company.
The interview process is very worst. Not conducted in a proper way. He takes 1 minutes to filter everyone but we are waiting for more than a half day. Also they mentioned non voice recruitment but they filtered us based on excellent communication. 5/40. Comparing with other MNC's the way of approaching candidates should be improve as well.

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.
Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.
