I sometimes find the bureaucratic processes and hierarchical structure at Tech Mahindra to be slow and inflexible, which can hinder agility and quick decision-making.

No opportunity to grow in company. Upper Management is not able to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.

1) I joined as a fresher and got trained on Java FSD and performed great at the final assessments. Despite all the hard work and dedication for learning and growth they moved me to a support(tickets resolving) role. 2) Even after completing 2 years of experience, not a single one of the candidates who joined with me got any appraisals and people who joined few months later got promoted without even competition of 1 or 2 years. Don't what's wrong with the management. 3) Junior resources/ freshers don't get much values and Opportunities as almost all of the positions required 5+ years experience. There is no job guarantee for employees with out prior intimation they are laying of for employees it’s not good actually and also they are not at all giving to serve notice period also. Immediately they are sending out from the company. As am the married person how can i servive in society tell me i suffered like anything.

If you want to join Tech Mahindra by any chance, I would say think about it atleast 10 times. Their work culture will damaged your work life balance. Full of politics and toxic environment, there are very short term projects you will be always worried about your next project and project extension. Office Politics is full and everyone will try to pulling back.

1. Only join if you do not have a job in hand 2. Higher management people wants to RULE in the name of GOVERNANCE and development of the team 3. They make their own cartel by bringing their own people from previous companies so that you cannot escalate the things to the higher management. 4. They are ruining the market by quoting less bids to get the projects 5. Company aim is to simply get the projects without doing proper research and analysis about the project in terms of required resources. 6. Getting projects at the lower rate and overloading staff, making them work for 12 hours without paying anything extra. 7. No additional perks. 8. I like Tech Mahindra because of it's big name(i,e. MNC) Tech Mahindra is very big company and it have many branches with so many processes which help to grow in corporate field.

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.
