No increment no appraisal even if you do extra ordinary work work and gets multiple acknowledgement from client. Some times your tech m assigned manager will cause unnecessary stress to you

Company give appraisals every alternate year and hike in the range of 1 to 4 %. Promotions are delayed for 6 to 8 years as everyone is stuck in their roles. Leadership only care for their own well being and ESOPs. Sales teams accepts deals at lowest margins forcing tech people to work long hours and with no rewards.

Work-life balance is there and there will not be much pressure at work.The work politics is at a minimum.As a program manager you will get only one implementation project to manage.

There are two many policies in which an employee gets lost and due to which things do not move forward as one wants.Also if you want to learn someting new and want to take up more challenging roles the company will not be bothered about it.Also the VP is too high compared to other Organizations and hence if there is a cut in VP then it has a major impact.

Work Culture with Indian Client is worse, No empathy for the Employee whether they are stressed, Depression and whatsoever conditions they are in, they just want work, I tried resigning from the company still they are not ready to leave me, dispute I have completed all the work

A lot of drama and toxicity at workplace. Favouritism at its peak. Being working at client location , HR visits are only for giving out warning letters. No HR cares about its employees. Complaints from the employees are not taken seriously and are ignored. Employees working for last 10 years are getting only one percent hike while they are on boarding new people with double two triple salary. It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

No flexible working hours and weekoff changes, no proper salary, work doesn't matches with salary, work pressure is too much, no incentive grids, no appraisals, no bonuses 0 holidays except weekoffs, no leave encashments, bad company culture, no curriculure activities, process is not deep, nothing to explore new in this process and company, evrything is bad.

There is no job security if the process goes ramp down then you’ll not be getting any alternative in the same location rather they’ll suggest to relocate to other locations to noida kol Chennai which is really disappointed.
