TechM is really such A good Organization But The AM & TL only gave growth to employees who are there personal Pets. Your Hardwork, efficiency & dedication doesn't even matters. If you are licking their feets then only you can get the position.

Worst management ever they are just making money through training after that they fired you by saying the process is rams down due to covid I also worked there I got joining letter where it is clearly mentioned that you will got 15000 in hand but they gv only 13000 and the pf is only 300 . They don't have appropriate resolution eventhe HR department is worst if you have any complaints they don't listen you that's why whole year they are hiring us how to make someone fool by not valueing someone time and efforts....Read More

I did not like anything about tech Mahindra ohris building secunderabad. This is the worst process I have seen in my life.

Tech m is the worst company which is in secunderabad ohris building and there is a LG process. That process was really worst.. the team leaders, managers, everyone are really really worst candidates.. there is a lot of partiality between girls and boys. No breaks on time. They will force us to exceed the shift with out any extra pay. We need to work on our weak offs as well..at the time of joining they told 15 days will be the training but here 30days is the training period with full day login with 200rs per day.. false commitments from hr only to hire.... I seriously didn't lyked anything only in the starting of the training they just show the dreams n use the candidates for about many months whole day they ask to login n take the calls such a cheap company they don't have That much of guts to keep the candidates to keep on payroll basis they want someone should work for them free of costt

I seriously didn't liked the work they use to to they only knoww how to use people especially they had used alot candidates during the pandemic situation
