As some tenure females co employees feel that I went try to ask some doubts feel asking there work as to be sured not to repeat the mistake once done not good helping nature ,bad tl , management all as was part of healtech app Narayana Health hospitals.

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Dislikes

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Working here will teach you how can people professionaly rob you your own money. You work really hard and the client pays really well but they take all your money and pay you less than 50% of that money, rest goes to there pocket, they will provide you as much comfort as it sufficient to make you work like a slave. Policies are worst. There is no job security for VBA Developer. HR team is useless. Bench policy is meaning less. Wash rooms are not working properly. There is no central bench. Projects are scraps and there is no proper KT and SPOC.

There are some toxic people who does office politics and some managers who know only 10% about the project but handles multiple projects at a time. These managers take out their frustration on the employees giving them unnecessary deadline and pokes them throughout the day at work or even on holidays

Complete management is pathetic. in 1 year I have witness 8 process ramped done. No action on the managers but they are getting promotion, but the people who actually worked hard for the process. Management didn't bothered about them. Its all about who all can do what to please the managers
