Team3 teaches you to work within pressure and ways to achieve your goals. Good for fresher architects so that they can learn how to manage work under pressure.

Work Details

Working on architectural designing projects, autocad, photoshop, 3d modelling, boq and checking consultants drawings and coordinating site.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
