Likes

Employing youngsters makes Tea Treasure a fun place to be. It's a great place to learn and get a practical and comprehensive understanding of one's work. One can directly contact the owners of the company which avoids any kind of miscommunication.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The only two things which I dislike are salary and lack of a proper management system of the entire work of different departments.

I am a Graphic Designer at Tea Treasure. My work includes designing packaging, branding, social media posts, website banners, catalogues, brochures and any kind of graphical content required for e-commerce platforms.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
