On-time Payment, Job Security Good for Non-technical people who don't want to work anymore. If you join the organization then join only after you have a decent package. as they will not give a good hike.

Dislikes

1. Managers who started their career with TCS think that the Organization is their father's property. 2. Salary is too low as per market standard. 3. Promotion not on time even though you are a high performer. Managers will promote those associates who are still on one account wrt whether they are working or not. 4. If you have theH1-B, they will spoil it. 5. If you are highly skilled then it's easy to figure out a new job rather than move out of the organization. 6. HR and RMG people are wasteless. They don't care about employees. They only follow GL steps. 7. Appraiser is just for name. 8. If you put papers, managers will give fake commitment and will not help you after taking the papers back. 9. They don't care about your aspirations whatever the project they will allocate you. They will initiate transfers even after 2yrs of experience . Don't join as a fresher, it's not the right choice for one who want to gain skills by working in a project. There will be no proper hikes.
