I just loved to work with TCS and I really want to join it again. Travel facility was so good and my teammates were also good I learnt a lot from my job. Work environment was also good.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal were not as expected and working hours were too much.

Work culture at TCS was pretty good for me a lot less stressful with all facilities available inside campus.

Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low

•RMG in TCS is bad as they don’t give any bother about you or the your dreams. Especially with young professionals between 1-4 years they don’t respect and treat as commodities and assign you projects against your will. Not 100% RMG are this way as I have noticed some good people among them but most of them just want to achieve their targets. Leads and HR here feels they own the employees they don’t even care how badly it impacts the mental health of employees. Even the mental health support helplines are useless

As everyone mentions job security is great. Skill development and learning aspect is good but very less chance of using it practically what ever you have learnt. In TCS everything depends on what project you are in. If you are in BPS tag its better to develop skills and salary hike for BPS is very less

Before anyone reading this once again i have to mention everything depends on the project. 1. Work culture 2. Managers are toxic and they treat you badly 3. There is no use of having certain skills and not using it practically 4. They don't respect the skills set you are having 5. There is very less hike for BPS tag. 6. If you ever moved to bench, While attending project interview. Don't trust managers whatever they say and don't give approval to mail easily by trusting manager information. 7. HR works for the company and manager. Don't trust HR. To be specific TCS HRs are joke. 8. A lot, no work-life balance, TCS don't care about their employees, you are forced to work in your non intrest area, HR will not help you in any case. I don't understand if they can't take care of such bug number of employees, why do they hire them?

- There's flexibility in work timings, but that is again based on the team you are in. - You will be chance, even if you are a fresher. - The overall infrastructure is good, but depends on the location too.

Dislikes

- The way HRs become voice of the managers and not the employees. - Delayed or no promotion even after the per year increment in salary is less. - Favorism which divides the employees demographically. - Poor skill to role mapping by Resource Management Group. -
