Only one thing the company doesn't fire any employee

Dislikes

Company doesn't fire you, but will make enough motivated to resign. Average Yearly salary increase will be not more than 3%. Once quit you will not be able to get in again. Lot of politics and worst management.

Work culture at TCS was pretty good for me a lot less stressful with all facilities available inside campus.

Dislikes

Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low

Horrible comany to be in. Leads and HR think ther own the company. It’s an absolute opposite of the rules Mr. Ratan Tata abide by

Leads and HR here feels they own the employees they don’t even care how badly it impacts the mental health of employees. Even the mental health support helplines are useless

As everyone mentions job security is great. Skill development and learning aspect is good but very less chance of using it practically what ever you have learnt. In TCS everything depends on what project you are in. If you are in BPS tag its better to develop skills and salary hike for BPS is very less

Before anyone reading this once again i have to mention everything depends on the project. 1. Work culture 2. Managers are toxic and they treat you badly 3. There is no use of having certain skills and not using it practically 4. They don't respect the skills set you are having 5. There is very less hike for BPS tag. 6. If you ever moved to bench, While attending project interview. Don't trust managers whatever they say and don't give approval to mail easily by trusting manager information. 7. HR works for the company and manager. Don't trust HR. To be specific TCS HRs are joke. 8. Most of the manager and leads are not actually trained just because they stay longer in same company and they get promoted. They don't really manage the team well...Read More

A lot, no work-life balance, TCS don't care about their employees, you are forced to work in your non intrest area, HR will not help you in any case. I don't understand if they can't take care of such bug number of employees, why do they hire them?

- There's flexibility in work timings, but that is again based on the team you are in. - You will be chance, even if you are a fresher. - The overall infrastructure is good, but depends on the location too.

Dislikes

- The way HRs become voice of the managers and not the employees. - Delayed or no promotion even after the per year increment in salary is less. - Favorism which divides the employees demographically. - Poor skill to role mapping by Resource Management Group. -
