For experience employee No appraisal for first year after completing the 2years only eligible for appraisal and it reflected in ur salary after 3-6months of appraisal happened overall all it took 2.5years to receive ur first salary hike. 10hours working plus Weeknd monthend quarter end working No Indian holiday no client holiday.

TATA has amazing work culture across. The best thing is you get to excel your career with multiple opportunities under one roof. It's just that you need to take up the challenges and risk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

Dislikes

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

1- Mandatory 5 day WFO. 2- Introduction of D band which reduces employees salary by more 10% 3- delayed promotion. 4- Worst increment percentage even Higher Band - A receiving max 6-7 % annual hike. 5- HIS co-pay policy and increased HIS premium every year. 6- HR and Manager rude behaviour. 7- Many more......
