Dislikes

Salary wise it's not suggested for freshers who have just passed out of graduation. Band promotions has been stopped in last 3 yrs.

Only the HIS part is good in this company. If you're in safe hands means if your Supervisor and Manager is good then you can work life will be balanced otherwise no chance.

Dislikes

Toxic environment work culture, no one understands your problem they will throw you out. HR are pathetic never helped or listened. Worst company company doesn't care about you or your problem. So it's better to leave before it's too late and it's impacted your health and career.

Salary, Pollitics, Partiality, Will not be recognised If you have a problem and take it too management/ HR, they will not sort of the issue instead they will say this and that reasons and make you shut.

Good for work life balance. Lack of transparency in processes due to enormous workforce. Transport facility available.

Dislikes

If you work hard you don't get recognise and appraisal too. you don't get opportunities to developing your skills(it's based on teams). Until u change the team and also the team change not all possible to change if the manager and team lead likes you only it's happened.
