Horrible salary that never increased. I joined for 12k per month as I was a bsc computer science graduate but those who joined through engineering did the same job and got paid 35k per month. It's better to not spent like 4 years like i did. I have wasted my time with such a low salary when I joined in 2015. I worked in PWC project which is nothing technical. No control over the project you will be thrown into regardless of your training test scores. Switching to another client(if you are currently under a big account), can be close to impossible. Again any pros/cons come down to the project/client you are assigned to. Just try to gain whatever knowledge you can and keep learning on the side to switch to some other company.
