Good work life balance but very less pay Work life balance is good. Job security is good. Pay is very less. Overall good company for learning and growth.

TCS pulls you so low that you hate it, you hate it so much that your blood boils, you fume and you start loathing it. TCS journey, if you are a fresher begins from ILP where you are given a stream of obselete technology which no one is working on.

A genuine openion is that my team lead have no sense of humor to how to communicate with the team lead every minute he is targeting to to do the task within minute and every time that's not possible.

From onboarding to offboarding all the process was smooth. Onsite campus is great. Good campus promotes great team bonding.

Dislikes

Projects needs to be updated to more modern tech stacks. Promotions through examinations should not be taken away by manager through low band rating. The RMGs do not assign you to projects that align to your skillsets

The most important thing is hike for an employee, but employees get only 2 or 3% hike. Other companies are not so strict about WFO but tcs is tcs. Disgusting. Work is not important for them physically attendance is important. Just imagine.
