If u like to join in private sector than TCS is the best place for you.I suggest as a Freshers u don't choose tcs as ur company otherwise all okay. But please carry atlest 2years of work experience than u will come to tcs.

Name is enough.. 100%job security, oppurtunity for everyone, no senior junior culture, everyone is same, 1 TL for 12-15 people so everyone gets personal attention firm TLs, if ur skills are developed while working u get oppurtunity to explore more and more and ur resume gets updated. Shift allowances, Overtime, free transport for all, reimbursement for most of expenses which is included in ctc.
