Work life balance is completely based on your project. If you are lucky you'll be peaceful with your work. Infrastructure is good

Dislikes

No learning opportunities. Promotions are often withheld for no reason. No salary benefits and negligible hike. Some projects dont even appreciate your hardwork.

It's been 5 months and so far I have not been given any project. I am from auditing background and my profile is being pitched to clients as Cyber security analyst ( which is something I have never done in my life). Ao far I have not been given acccess to MS Office or even MS Teams to communicate or reachout to anyone. One of best thing is job security in working with TCS and good opportunity for growing multiple high level skills but choose wisely while taking projects.

Dislikes

Initially for freshers they will ask you to work on support project and later they will move you to development or which u like to work but once’d you allocated to support project they will never remove from that.
