It's really unfortunate that there is no support for working mothers at the facility. The strict adherence to rules without consideration for the genuine needs of the workers is disheartening. It seems like there is no validation or support provided, and there is a lack of opportunities for growth and mentoring. It's totally understandable to feel demotivated in such an environment.

So many. No proper work timing. 1 person is responsible for working on business hours, non business hours and on weekend. Management is very poor. Management won’t understand your personal problems as well. Everyone will torcher you. You won’t get any sympathy even you have supported team on bad time. They say remote work would be establish but no they force you to work from office only. There is no common policy for all. If you ask for location change they won’t give you even if other persons are working from other location. You would be treated differently. Management take revenge in appraisal....Read More

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.

It feels good working at TCS. The work culture is good, with low work pressure and lots to learn but the salary increament as per the seniority and role is low. If the salary is justified as per the seniority or designation, I would never left TCS.

I joined as a Project Manager but expectations are to manage the sales and marketing role as well. No KT session, process is not clearly defined. You will feel alone because there is no buddy system.
