Freshers can learn and gain skills sets and can switch to another company. Tcs is not like company it is more of like school. After college you can start your professional journey from here. But it has its own drawback which I'll discuss in dislike section. Some of Its policy is good but also these have its own drawback XD. such as health insurance benifits, No layoff policy.

Lack of employee centric policy. Most of the people working here because of job security and life insurance benifits. Salary of a freshers is not practical according to current days scenario. Freshers have less scope to grow up and less promotion opportunities. No matters how much work are you delivering higher management will only force you to come back office. Some people do nothing literally just only sucking the company. Management is puppet. Management is worse. Theur managers are that much skilled they put you in testing team if you are a developer. I heard if you get D band then your CTC will be reduced with some percentage. RMG is pathetic, thier only intention is to insult people and forced people to make them resign

Great work culture, good environment for networking and maintaining quality work life balance, with time and effort your work can get recognised and your presence and work points can easily reach to higher management at ease, here in the banking and finance unit it is consistently taking up and working on new technologies, being a strong competitor in the software product market.

Associate is required to rely on self learning for growth, appraisal and benefits are not up to market standards.

Best company to work with complete job satisfaction work and family life balance is well maintained.

Biggest drawback of the company is no-rehiring policy this policy refrains pulling back the employees who have left the organisation and want to rejoin the organisation I wish if this policy would be abrogated I would be very happy to rejoin. Salary increment is quite slow in pace that is again a pain point it could get little better.

So many. No proper work timing. 1 person is responsible for working on business hours, non business hours and on weekend. Management is very poor. Management won’t understand your personal problems as well. Everyone will torcher you. You won’t get any sympathy even you have supported team on bad time. They say remote work would be establish but no they force you to work from office only. There is no common policy for all. job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.
