Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

I joined as a Project Manager but expectations are to manage the sales and marketing role as well. No KT session, process is not clearly defined. You will feel alone because there is no buddy system. I like my colleagues who encourage and support me.

Dislikes

I don't even hate my manager as I understand they are also being pressured by their higher ups. They have no choice but to call us on Saturdays and Sundays. I am in one of the big projects in banking sector. So the pressure is high for everyone involved.
