Performance bonus they deduct lakhs of rupees in CTC and pay only 33% of our money for for no reason. In TCS, performance bonus is not dependent on employee performance neither company performance. It's depend on top management. Simply they show the amount in CTC which nowhere will be getting to employees. We will not be getting theright answer from HR. There is no proper time management to managers or leads. It's more like govt company. Who require WFH, they keep getting for silly reasons. For genuine medical resons, mid level and jr. Work culture at TCS was pretty good for me a lot less stressful with all facilities available inside campus.

Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low

•RMG in TCS is bad as they don’t give any bother about you or the your dreams. Especially with young professionals between 1-4 years they don’t respect and treat as commodities and assign you projects against your will. Not 100% RMG are this way as I have noticed some good people among them but most of them just want to achieve their targets. As everyone mentions job security is great. Skill development and learning aspect is good but very less chance of using it practically what ever you have learnt. In TCS everything depends on what project you are in. If you are in BPS tag its better to develop skills and salary hike for BPS is very less

Before anyone reading this once again i have to mention everything depends on the project. 1. Work culture 2. Managers are toxic and they treat you badly 3. There is no use of having certain skills and not using it practically 4. They don't respect the skills set you are having 5. There is very less hike for BPS tag. 6. If you ever moved to bench, While attending project interview. Don't trust managers whatever they say and don't give approval to mail easily by trusting manager information. 7. - Terrible Management - False promises - Switching roles and projects internally is a nightmare which wouldn't be needed if expected role is given at the first place - Most employees preferences are security and on-site, not worried about growth which makes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. Tcs as a company is a very good company but if you compare it to the project requirements it’s one of the most dissatisfying project I ever worked with because even though Tcs is offering many options but if you are in a project which requires your presence 24 seven you cannot participate in any event or any skill development.

Salary and salary hike is very less compare to others even though you are top performer and rated as "A" category employee as per their policy. If you joined as a First company of TCS then you will be paid just like a labour. People working on other organization having same experience earns more than Double compare to TCS. People who's having 10+ years of experience you are the correct person to join and work in this company. Freshers don't waste your time.
